At HappySew.com, we strive to make shipping as affordable as possible. We ship via USPS Priority or Ground Advantage for a flat rate of $4, regardless of the size or weight of your order. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date the order is received. Professional customers, please allow longer shipment time for large custom orders with the addition of your private label. All customers will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way and a confirmation email once delivered.
Please note that we are a small business without exclusive contracts with shipping companies. We do our best to offer discounted shipping rates to provide quality products at an affordable rate.
Returns Policy
At HappySew.com, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive for accurate order fulfillment. If you wish to return an item, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping costs. Please note that any missing, defective, or incorrect orders need to be reported within 7 business days of package delivery according to tracking on USPS.com.
