For orders weighing less than 1 lb., we will utilize USPS Ground Advantage to provide the most cost-effective and efficient shipping option.

Throughout 2025, we have observed that USPS shipping costs have remained steady at $9.20 or more, affecting over 97% of the packages we send. In addition to rising shipping expenses, we have also faced increased costs for materials, packaging, and operational expenses. Despite these challenges, we remain committed to keeping our products as affordable as possible while ensuring the sustainability of our business. Even with this modest $1 shipping fee increase, HappySew.com will continue to cover more than 45% of the shipping cost for the vast majority of orders as we strive to maintain fair pricing and quality services.
